I’m Carissa —

a certified counselor, somatic therapist, and trauma-informed coach.

For years, I found myself stuck in the same painful attraction patterns - drawn to partners who couldn’t meet me, while overlooking the healthy love I said I wanted.

Through my own deep healing and professional training, I discovered how the nervous system wires attraction patterns, and how to rewire them for healthy, aligned partnership.

Now, I guide women to do the same: to open capacity for love that feels both safe and magnetic.
